Chaired by Dominique d'Hinnin, the Eutelsat Communications Board of Directors is made up of twelve members, 42% of whom are women (five out of twelve) and 67% of whom are independent directors (eight out of twelve). A seat as Board Observer is occupied permanently by the Executive Secretary of the EUTELSAT Intergovernmental Organisation. Two Work’s Committee representatives of the Eutelsat S.A. operating subsidiary participate in Board meetings as observers.
